To obtain the subject tape excellent in laminating property, non-slip property, writing property, etc., and excellent in heat resistance by providing a specific silicone-based releasing agent layer on either one face of a kraft substrate and providing a tacky agent layer on other face.

This subject tape is obtained by, as necessary, providing a filling layer on either one face of a kraft substrate comprising craft paper which is subjected to Clupak treatment, providing a silicone-based releasing agent layer containing a silicone-based releasing agent and a silicone resin in an amount of 35-80 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. silicone-based releasing agent thereon and providing a tacky agent layer on other face. The silicone-based releasing agent layer is formed by dissolving a silicone-based releasing agent in a solvent (e.g. toluene), applying the resultant solution onto either one surface of kraft paper, drying the solution at 60-150°C and coating weight after drying is preferably 0.05-2.0g/m2. Peel force (JIS Z 0237) of a tacky agent layer to the silicone-based releasing agent layer is preferably 150-700gf/25mm. On the one hand, coating weight of the tacky agent is preferably about 20-70g/m2.
