To obtain a tacky tape capable of simplifying execution of butted part of a wall covering material without damaging a ground material by successively laminating a specific surface layer, a specific substrate layer and a specific acrylic tacky agent layer.

This tacky tape is obtained by successively laminating a surface layer comprising paper having 10-200g/m2 basis weight, a substrate layer comprising a resin sheet and/or metallic foil having 50-1,000μm thickness and an acrylic tacky agent layer consisting mainly of an acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a mixed monomer composed of 70-99.5wt.% alkyl (meth)acrylate having 4-12C alkyl group and 0.5-30wt.% polar group-containing vinyl monomer and having 300,000 to 1500,000 weight-average molecular weight and 1.5-4.0 ratio of weight average molecular weight (Mv) to number-average molecular weight (Mn) so that the above surface layer is made longer than both ends in the width direction of the above substrate layer.
