To efficiently obtain a tacky processed article having heat radiation- blocking layer by successively providing a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release sheet on either one face and providing a specific heat radiation- blocking layer on the other face of a support which is transparent to visible light.

A pressure-sensitive layer (e.g. an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer) and a release sheet (e.g. a release film having a silicone-based release agent layer on one side of a polyethylene terephthalate) are successively provided on either one face of a support (e.g. polyester film) which is transparent to visible light and has preferably about 6-250μm film thickness and a heat radiation-blocking coating composition containing a heat blocking agent (e.g. tin-doped indium oxide powder) and a resin (e.g. alkyd resin) which is a thermosetting or room temperature-curable resin is applied onto other face to provide the heat radiation-blocking layer.
