Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an output voltage of a converter circuit to a value that is within an acceptable operational range even when the output voltage is not within the acceptable operational range and an operational frequency is above a maximum predetermined frequency.SOLUTION: A converter circuit includes: a resonant filter that produces a first waveform and a second waveform, the second waveform having a phase shift with respect to the first waveform; and an inverter coupled to the resonant filter. In the converter circuit, when an output voltage needs to be adjusted and an operational frequency is above a maximum frequency, the phase shift between the first waveform and the second waveform is adjusted and thus the output voltage is adjusted to a desired value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
