Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate body having high gas barrier properties, and excellent heat resistance, humidity resistance and mechanical stress resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate body 1 comprising: a base material 2; an undercoat layer 3 containing at least organic polymer; an atomic layer deposition film 4 which contains precursor being a material and is provided so as to cover a top area of the undercoat layer 3, and in which at least a part of the precursor is bonded to a functional group of organic polymer contained in the undercoat layer 3; and an overcoat layer 5 which is provided so as to cover a top area of the atomic layer deposition film 4 and contains at least organic polymer, in which a coefficient of linear expansion in the state where these are laminated is 8×10/K (1×10) or less.
