Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate difference in polarity between a material having a polar surface and a conductive polymer and to secure strong adhesion by providing a compd. using an electrolytically polymerizable group and a group having an affinity to the polar surface as an intermediate layer.
CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer is laminated on a material such as an electrode and solid electrolyte having a polar surface. In this case, a compd. contg. electrolytically polymerizable group and a group having an affinity for the polar surface is provided in between as an intermediate layer to improve the adhesive strength and to modify the polar surface of the polymer film. A polymerized surface modifying agent expressed by formulas I and II is preferably used as the compd. In formulas I and II, each of R1 and R2 is hydrogen or an alkyl, B is a bivalent group, A is an electrolytically polymerizable group, D is a polar group, and (m) and (n) are an integer of ≥1.
