To provide a laminate in which a vapor-deposited thin film layer, an extremely thin adhesive layer, and a sealant layer are laminated on one side of a plastic substrate, the laminate strength is not deteriorated even by a strong osmotic content, and a packing body having high gas barrier property can be formed.

In the laminate, the vapor-deposited thin film layer comprising inorganic oxide, the adhesive layer, and the sealant layer are sequentially laminated on a plastic substrate and at least one surface of the plastic substrate. The adhesive layer includes a composition containing an isocyanate compound having a bifunctional or greater isocyanate group, and metallic alkoxide. The ratio of the isocyanate compound and the metallic alkoxide in the composition (isocyanate compound/metallic alkoxide) is 99/1 to 60/40 (ratio by weight). The adhesive layer contains 50-1,000 wt.ppm fluorochemical surfactant.
