The marking signals output from a plurality of marking signal instruction sources which give marking instructions are combined, and a marking signal is selected from the signal combined by a marking limit signal, and the instruction source name of the marking signal instruction source of the selected marking signal is stored in a memory, and then, the selected marking signal is output to the marking device.
