PURPOSE: To assemble a laminate core for stator with high circularity by laminating a first split yoke core piece having coupling recesses on the opposite sides of the yoke and a second split yoke core piece having coupling protrusions on the opposite sides of the yoke to produce first and second split yoke laminated cores and coupling them alternately.

CONSTITUTION: A first split yoke core piece 1 having coupling recesses 3 in the opposite side faces at the circumferential part of the yoke and a second split yoke core piece having coupling protrusions 7 on the opposite side faces at the circumferential part of the yoke are laminated through the caulked part 9 of each pole 4, 8 thus producing first and second split yoke laminated cores 10, 11. The pole 4, 8 is then applied with a winding 12 and the first and second split yoke laminated cores 10, 11 are coupled by fitting the coupling protrusions 7 in the coupling recesses 3 thus assembling the laminated core for stator. This structure realizes a cylindrical laminated core for stator excellent in the accuracy of shape.
