Abstract:
The present disclosure explains a layered iron core and a method for manufacturing the same in which punching members that are adjacent in the height direction are properly fastened together by crimping parts, thereby improving accuracy. A rotor layered iron core comprises a layered body in which a plurality of punching members provided with at least one first crimp and at least one second crimp are layered. In the center of the layered body, among the punching members adjacent in the height direction and provided with center holes extending through the layered body along the height direction of the layered body, corresponding first crimps are coupled to each other and corresponding second crimps are coupled to each other. The second crimps are positioned closer to the outer peripheral edge of the punching members than the first crimps. The fastening force of the second crimps is less than the fastening force of the first crimps.
