PURPOSE: To obtain the title form having fastness properties and high quality feelings by a method wherein, a laminate structure, the rear surface thereof is laminated with resin concrete, while said rear surface is of a reinforced lamination with gel-coated layer forming a fundamental structure element being more reinforced at least than the front surface side.
CONSTITUTION: The title form is of a structure, consisting of, from the front surface, colored gel-coated layer 1, rear surface reinforcing layer 2 made of fiber reinforced plastic, resin concrete layer 3, arranged in this order. The hardening is performed by adding a prescribed amount of hardening agent and its accelerator to a bis-saturated polyester resin (colored gel-coated resin) being colored in advance, applied to a projecting side and cured; then a transparent iso-unsaturated polyester resin together with a glass fiber whose robing has been cut, is laminated by using a spray gun. After this process, a mixture, its component ingredients being shown below and added with hardener and its accelerator, are coated thereon, thereby forming resin-concrete layer. The applied ingredients are: 100 pts.wt. of ortho-unsaturated polyester resin; 300 pts.wt. of calcium carbonate; and 50 pts.wt. of glass fiber (with 3mm fiber length).
