The lamp 100 is provided with a base body 116 with LEDs 112 arranged, an outer shell member 120 with translucency having the base body 116 arranged inside and an end-part opening 121 formed as an insertion port of the base body 116, and retention members 140 mounted on the base body 116, equipped with a plurality of linear members 141 for retaining the base body 116 at a given position inside the outer shell member 120 as each of the plurality of linear members 141 comes in contact with an inner face of the outer hull member 120. Each of the linear members 141 has elasticity and is extended in a different direction from the other, in an inward direction of the outer shell member 120 from the base body 116.
