The lamp 100 is provided with a base body 116 with LEDs 112 arranged, the outer shell member 120 with translucency having the base body arranged inside, and a heat-shielding body 135 arranged between the base body 116 and a sealed end part 225 formed by sealing an end-part opening 121 of the outer shell member 120 with heat.
