Abstract:
To provide a laser nozzle in which large pressure fluctuation is not caused in a shield gas passage, even when a distance varies between the laser nozzle and a material to be cut.SOLUTION: Provided is a laser nozzle which is attached to a laser head B and radiates a laser beam toward a material C to be cut. The laser nozzle includes: an inner nozzle 1 having a cylindrical injection hole 4 for radiating the laser beam and injecting assist gas; and an outer nozzle 2 which is disposed in the outer periphery of the inner nozzle, and has an injection tip 3a for injecting shield gas like a ring along the periphery of the laser beam radiated from the inner nozzle and the injected assist gas. In the vicinity of the injection tip of the outer nozzle, a hole 6 communicating with ambient air is formed penetrating from an inner wall surface 2c1 to an outer wall surface 2c2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
