Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-cost high-precision laser, by causing a laser correcting unit to reflect a laser beam transmitted by an polarizing beam splitter, and arranging a double refracting member between the laser correcting unit and the polarizing beam splitter.
SOLUTION: A laser beam reflected to a vertical upside by a laser beam deflecting unit 1300 passes an angular magnification reducing unit 1400, enters a pentaprism 1510, is deflected by 90 degrees, and is reflected in the horizontal direction against the body of a laser 1000. Along with it, the beam is rotation- radiated in the horizontal direction with the rotation of a rotating head 1500, and a laser reference surface can be formed. The laser body 1000 causes a laser beam to perform scanning both in the horizontal and vertical directions, and detects on an object of surveying the laser beam scanning a horizontal surface. And it is possible to perform level surveying, etc., from that reached height, and to perform inclined setting with the laser beam radiated in an inclined direction. Besides, first and second clinosensors 1610 and 1620 detect the inclination of a leveling base 2100 again, and performs feedback control. Consequently, it is possible to set (on a reference plane) the vertical axis of the laser body 1000 precisely vertically.
