PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of warpage, peeling, cracks or the like in the interface between both capacitor and inductor sections at the time of baking by containing borosilicate glass including an alkali earth metal oxide in a ceramic dielectric layer and a ceramic magnetic layer and approximating the linear expansion coefficients of the ceramic dielectric layer and the ceramic magnetic layer.
CONSTITUTION: Either of a titanate composite oxide group or a TiO2 group mainly comprising TiO2 is used as a ceramic dielectric 31. It is preferable that the content of borosilicate glass containing an alkali earth metal oxide in the ceramic dielectric layer 31 and a ceramic magnetic layer 21 is brought to 5W90wt.%. It is desirable that either one of the ceramic dielectric layer or the ceramic magnetic layer contains 10W90wt.% borosilicate glass containing the alkali earth metal oxide and the other 10W50wt.% borosilicate glass containing no alkali earth metal oxide. Accordingly, the linear expansion coefficients of the ceramic dielectric layer and the ceramic magnetic layer can be approximated.
