Title:
LIFTING BELT FOR PACHINKO BALL LIFTING AND POLISHING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001178950
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide the lifting belt of a pachinko ball lifting and polishing device that durability is superior and the decline of tension is drastically reduced though it is provided with a guide line for meandering prevention.

The surface of the boundary part of the main body part 11 and guide line 13 and 14 of this lifting belt 10 is reinforced by a reinforcing layer 15 and the tension core wire 16 of a steel wire or the like is used as a tension body. Thus, even at the time of circulating around a pair of upper and lower rotation bodies and repeating bending while receiving reaction from pachinko balls, the boundary part of the main body part 11 and the guide lines 13 and 14 is not cracked and the durability is remarkably improved. Also, since the tension body is not gradually stretched and the tension is not substantially lowered differently from a conventional lifting belt using a base cloth made of fibers as the tension body, the pachinko ball lifting and polishing device is stably operated over a long period of time.
