To provide a lifting and polishing device smoothly performing lifting and polishing while securing a clearance between a rotary columnar body and an outer cylinder inner wall by blocking the elevation of a polishing sheet.
This pachinko ball lifting and polishing device (1) is provided with the rotary columnar body (11) where a helical groove (13) is formed on an outer peripheral surface, an outer cylinder (5) for at least partially surrounding the rotary columnar body (11) and the polishing sheet (37) disposed inside the outer cylinder (5) for polishing pachinko balls introduced to the helical groove (13). The outer cylinder (5) is provided with a blocking member (51) for blocking the elevation of the polishing sheet (37) by being projected inside the outer cylinder (5) and abutted on the upper end face of the polishing sheet (37). Since the elevation of the polishing sheet (37) is blocked by the action of the blocking member (51), the clearance between the rotary columnar body (11) and the inner wall of the outer cylinder (5) is secured and thus, smooth lifting and polishing are realized.
