To provide a light emitting module which can avoid reduction in the combined efficiency of light emitted from a plurality of laser element, and also a laser processing light source which can increase a combined output only by adding the light emitting module while avoiding reduction of the combined efficiency of light emitted from the light emitting module.
A light emitting module 10 combines a plurality of laser beams emitted from a plurality of laser elements and outputs the combined beams as a single beam. The module comprises a substrate 11, a plurality of laser elements 12a arranged on the substrate 11 in one column, a plurality of waveguides 14a for propagating a plurality of laser beams emitted from the plurality of laser elements 12a, a phase adjuster 15 for adjusting the phases of the plurality of laser beams propagating through the plurality of waveguides 14a, a combiner for combining the plurality of laser beams having the same phase adjusted by the phase adjuster 15 into a single beam, and an optical connector 16 for outputting the single beam obtained by the combiner as an output beam.
