Abstract:
To provide a light guide member, a light source device, and a projection apparatus that have high utilization efficiency of light.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a light guide member deflects a plurality of convergence light beams made incident from different directions from each other toward an emission direction and condenses the plurality of convergence light beams on a condensing surface perpendicular to the emission direction for synthesis, the light guide member comprising: a first deflection part that deflects the first convergence light made incident from the first direction toward the emission direction and forms a first condensing part on the condensing surface; a second deflection part that deflects the second convergence light made incident from the second direction different from the first direction toward the emission direction and forms a second condensing part on the condensing surface; and a third deflection part that deflects the third convergence light made incident from the third direction different from the first and second directions toward the emission direction and forms a third condensing part on the condensing surface. The first deflection part deflects the first convergence light with a direction parallel to a long axis of the first condensing part as an axis, the second deflection part deflects the second convergence light with a direction parallel to a long axis of the second condensing part as an axis, and the third deflection part deflects the third convergence light with a direction parallel to a long axis of the third condensing part as an axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
