A reflector 12 having a parabolic mirror covers a light-emitting diode 11 (hereinafter called an LED) from above. In this instance, the parabolic mirror of the reflector 12 is in a shape of an upper-side paraboloid as a total bearing paraboloid is cut by a plane horizontally crossing its axis line.
