Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost light source device capable of evenly irradiating an object with light emitted from a light source with a simple structure.
SOLUTION: In this light source device, lasers 1 are arranged at even intervals in a sideways line state or a lattice state such that a distance M between optical axes 2 in a position D' where an intensity of emission light L becomes 1/e2 of an intensity of the emission light center is 1/3 or less of a light flux width K in the position D', while an object is located in the position D'. Thereby, the light intensity irradiated on the object can be equalized.
