Abstract:
To provide an illumination device that can prevent the occurrence of deflection of a semi-transparent mirror.SOLUTION: An illumination device comprises: a housing; a light source 3 that is held in the housing; and a semi-transparent mirror 4 that is accommodated and held in the housing. The semi-transparent mirror 4 transmits or reflects light emitted from the light source 3 to irradiate an object with the light. The housing includes a pair of side walls 5 arranged opposite to each other, and each of the side walls 5 includes a side plate 51 and a holding member 53 having a holding surface. The side plate 51 is provided on its inner surface with a first step part that extends linearly and obliquely. The semi-transparent mirror 4 is sandwiched in its thickness direction by the first step part of the side plate 51 and the holding surface of the holding member 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
