Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lightning accident in advance by providing a golfing course and the like with a relatively accurate lightning forecast at low costs.
SOLUTION: A system consists of a thunder observation radar RD for capturing thunder cloud, a center information processing device PC0 where a thunder observation signal is transmitted, and a slave station for detecting an electric field according to the thunder cloud and transmitting the electric field detection signal to the center information processing device PC0 and receiving a thunder fall alarm signal from the device PC0. The slave station is provided with electric field sensors ES1 and ES2, transmission terminals SU1 and SU2 for transmitting an electric field detection signal, and slave station information processing devices PC1 and PC2 for receiving the lightning information. The center information processing device PC0 displays a thunder cloud generation monitoring region based on a thunder observation signal and at the same time estimates and calculates the distribution of electric field in the thunder cloud gathering monitoring region from the electric field detection signal, and transmits the lightning alarm signal to the slave station being included in a region for forming a specific electric field distribution.
