Title:
LIMIT SWITCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3931505
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a limit switch that can not only directly operate the switch without an interposed spring member, but also enables to incorporate a compact detector switch with a small stroke.
SOLUTION: An actuator 4 rotates a rotational shaft 8 that has a cam 13 with a bearing receiver 16 whose circular concave surface 16a receives a bearing 30 to insert a second plunger 26 against the resistance of a spring member 31, so that first and second detector switches 33, 34 are worked with the second plunger 26 interposed between them. If the rotational shaft 8 is rotated, the projection 16c of the bearing receiver 16 slides to contact the bearing 30, through which the second plunger 23 is inserted, after which an arc-shaped surface 16b slides to contact the bearing 30 so as to stop the insertion of the second plunger 23.
