PURPOSE: To reduce man-hour and time required for a processing and to prevent human-initiated mistakes.

CONSTITUTION: When a control part 2 of a collection side information processor 11 receives a function selection number and a communication opposite party number from an input part 1, the part 2 confirms that actual working data is not already stored in a file 3 and transmits the function selection number to collected side information processors 121 to 12n shown by the opposite party number through a communication part 4. When a discrimination part 7 receives the function selection number, the part 7 discriminates whether the instructed content is one that the only transmission of actual working data is instructed or not. When the discrimination result is positive, a control part 8 takes out actual working data which already exists in an actual data file 10 from a file and transmits the data to the information processor 11 through a communication part 6. When the discrimination result is negative, the control part 8 prepares actual working data based on the original data of a working file 9 and transmits the data to the information processor 11. The control part 2 receives this actual working data and stores it in a collection file 3.
