Abstract:
To provide a composition having a unconventional excellent lipase-inhibiting activity, to provide a lipase inhibitor containing the composition, and to provide a food and drink.
The composition at least contains theaflavins and tea polyphenols containing catechins, regulated so that the content of the tea polyphenols may be 80 mass%, and the content of the theaflavins may be larger than the content of the catechins, and exhibits the excellent lipase-inhibiting activity. The lipase inhibitor contains the composition, and the food and drink is obtained by formulating the composition or the lipase inhibitor in the food and drink.
