CONSTITUTION: The titled panel is prepared by providing an electrode 2 composed of a transparent electroconductive film and the orientation controlled film 3 composed of the org. tantalum compd. or the reaction product of the org. tantalum compds., the nylon resin and the eposide resin as the main component and also a layer 4 of a sealing material, a conductive layer 5 arranged at the upper and lower sides of the titled panel, a gaping material and the liquid crystal material 7. At least one of the substrates 1 comprises the transparent inorg. glass and a plastic film. The org. tantalum compd. is the compd. shown by the formula Ta(OR5) (wherein R is an alkyl group).
