Abstract:
To provide a liquid jet device having a small size and high working efficiency.SOLUTION: A liquid jet device 1 has a nozzle 22 for jetting a liquid L, a liquid conveyance pipe 24 for conveying the liquid L to the nozzle 22, and a vibration generation part 26 for vibrating the nozzle 22 or the liquid conveyance pipe 24, in which the whole or a part of at least one of the nozzle 22 and the liquid conveyance pipe 24 has elasticity or flexibility. The vibration generation part 26 is preferably provided at a position overlapping an axial line A1 of the nozzle 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
