A logger is provided with: a storage device 32 for storing acquired physical quantity registering information including the attribute information of acquired physical quantity detected by a basic sensor 2 installed in a heat source system which is a monitoring target and storing arithmetic physical quantity registering information including a calculation rule for calculating arithmetic physical quantity from the acquired physical quantity; an arithmetic physical quantity processing part 312 for calculating arithmetic physical quantity by referring to the arithmetic physical quantity registering information; and an output processing part 313 for outputting at least either one of the acquired physical quantity and the arithmetic physical quantity.
