Abstract:

On the roof and the outer wall member laminating a transparent conductive film, a photoelectric conversion element and a rear face electrode in the order on the side on which a beam is incident and one main surface of the transparent board of the contrary side, the roof and the outer wall member forming a transparent intermediate film comprising at least two layers between the transparent board and the transparent conductive film are manufactured.
