A rotational supporting part 5A provided at a position higher than a installed face is provided on the side in which the right and left supporting and fixing parts mutually approach on one hand of the supporting and fixing plates, and the ridge mounting member 1 is constituted by providing a rotational engaging part 6A engaged rotatably with the rotational supporting part on other hand of the right and left supporting and fixing plates.
