To provide a mission case 8, mounted on a running on a running airframe 2, with a hydraulic/mechanical transmission mechanism constituted such that a hydraulic transmission mechanism 22 and a gear type transmission mechanism 24 are jointly used by a planetary gear mechanism 25, and reliably lubricate the planetary gear mechanism, in a running work machine in which the planetary gear mechanism is disposed at the portion, located higher than an oil level 52 of lubricating oil, of the interior of the mission case.
The device is constituted such that an arbitrary one gear 42, rotated in a state that a part of the lower part of the outer periphery is immersed in lubricating oil, of various gears integrated in the mission case, forms a gear for lubrication. The upper part of the gear for lubrication is situated close to the planetary gear mechanism 25 such that lubricating oil jumping upward to the planetary gear mechanism 25 from the outer periphery of the gear for lubrication splashes on the planetary gear mechanism 25.
