To provide a machine tool for reducing the deterioration of working precision caused by the friction amount of a cutting tool.
Data showing a relation between the dimensional error of each point of a prototype component obtained by manufacturing a work 20 by way of experiment and the friction amount of a cutting tool 21 are stored in a dimensional error storing part 15. Then, when primary working is operated by a machining center 2, data stored in a dimensional error storage part 15 are referred to by an NC data converting part 14, and original NC data generated by an NC data generating part 13 are changed so that improved NC data can be generated. When the improved NC data are applied to the machining center, the work 20 is cut based on the improved NC data by the machining center 2.
