Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device having a transfer mechanism for preventing a destruction of a work due to static electricity.
SOLUTION: A machining device comprises a work transfer mechanism which is installed adjacent to a stage 11 for supporting a work 12 when the work 12 is machined and provided with a work input 13 and a work output path 14 of which height is equal to that of the stage 11 and of which potential is equal to that of the stage 11, and a transfer means for transferring the work 12 horizontally on the work input path 13 and work output path 14.
