To provide a magnet producing method for solving problems such as a limit in the height of a molding caused by disability in deep filling with a small inner die or core diameter and thin thickness, by generally limiting the filling width with the dimension of inner die diameter or outer core diameter of a metal die in the case of charging a powder, and limiting the production of a magnet with high in its height in the case of providing high magnetic characteristics from radial orientation characteristics concerning a producing method for radial anisotropic magnet.
This method can provide a high effect capable of producing the long or thin magnet of small diameter or high radial oriented magnet of high magnetic characteristics without double or triple limitations in the height of the molding, by performing multistage molding for repeating filling, orienting and molding a lot of times while leaving the molding inside the metal die.
