Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reduction is working efficiency and an increase in grinding cost by surely removing beads on the inner surface of a pipe and eliminating work of removing a stain on the inner surface of the pipe.
SOLUTION: Solid grind stones 33 including a permanent magnet 34 are arranged in a rotatable pipe 9. Rotatable magnets 31, 32 are provided near and along the outer surface of the pipe 9 in a condition in which they are not in contact with the pipe 9 such that they can attract the grind stones 33 to put them into contact with the inner surface of the pipe 9. At least one of the magnets 31, 32, and the pipe 9 is rotated to rotate the magnets 31, 32 relatively to the pipe 9, whereby the inner surface of the pipe 9 is ground.
