Title:
MAGNETIC RESISTANCE TYPE DISPLACEMENT SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3492825
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resistance type displacement sensor whose output does not change even if it is used in an environement where a temperature gradient may be generated in the magnetic resistance type displacement sensor itself.
SOLUTION: In a magnetic resistance type displacement sensor 1 having a base board 10 on which magnetic resistance elements are arranged and a bias magnet 4 to apply magnetic field to this base board 10, first and second magnetic resistance elements 2 and 3 having the same configuration are arranged on the same base board 10, and a short-circuit electrode is only arranged on the first magnetic resistance element 2 among these, and a bridge circuit using an electric potential difference between these output as output is composed of the two magnetic resistance elements 2 and 3.
