Abstract:
To detect a device position in real time and with accuracy and present it, in image-guided intervention using MRI.SOLUTION: A device provided with markers detectable with an MRI apparatus at plural positions is used and monoaxial projection nuclear magnetic-resonance signals of plural markers are acquired with respect to three axes during device insertion. A marker position is detected from a triaxial projection image to identify a device position. The detected marker position or the device position are superimposed and displayed on an image obtained by imaging an analyte.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
