To solve a problem wherein cost for collecting mail articles individually printed by a post office to classify them according to postal codes is huge and wasteful.
Reception of mail information is completed by steering a previously inputted spread sheet into a database on the Internet rather than inputting the mail information into a site on the Internet; each addressee is allowed to browse massages thereof before they become real mail; only messages without being browsed are consolidated as real mail; and by managing mail from employees by using the Internet, the mail data from the multiple users are collectively managed, and printed after outputting them on a postal code basis by complementing the postal codes to complete allocation of the printed unit products by districts for every postal code, whereby the mail social cost is remarkably reduced.
