Abstract:
To provide a maintenance timing prediction device appropriately estimating maintenance timing of an industrial machine without incurring a large processing cost.SOLUTION: A maintenance timing prediction device 1 of the present invention comprises: a data acquisition unit 30 acquiring data related to at least operation of an industrial machine; an operation state grasping unit 32 classifying each movable part of the industrial machine according to a predetermined criteria, and creating operation state data including a statistical value calculated by statistically processing the data related to the operation of the industrial machine acquired for each classification by the data acquisition unit 30; and a machine learning device 300 executing, based on the operation state data created by the operation state grasping unit 32, processing related to machine learning for a learning model indicating correlation between an event that has occurred in the industrial machine and operation state of the industrial machine at predetermined time before the event has occurred. The learning model is used to predict timing of maintenance work related to a predetermined event occurring after the operation state is observed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
