PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely find irregular shooting caused by start prize winning by a game player.
SOLUTION: A pachinko game machine 1 outputs a touch signal when a game player touches an operating handle 7, outputs a stop signal when a stop button 11 is operated, and outputs a start signal when a start sensor 14 detects a start prize winning. An out ball counter 15 outputs an outball signal every time an out ball is discharged from the pachinko game machine 1. A management device 4 decides irregular hitting when shooting of a pachinko ball is repeatedly discontinued according to various signals immediately after a start signal is input in the sitting state of a game player, gives a warning and outputs a camera driving signal to a monitoring device 21. The monitoring device 21 takes a photo of a game player of the pachinko game machine 1 where irregular shooting is performed by a camera indicated by a camera driving signal.
