Abstract:
To solve a problem that a management server cannot notify a session ID which a first business server holds when a user ID is received from a second business server as a trigger.
A management server has a session list which associates a server ID of the first business server which holds a first session corresponding to a user with a session ID of the first session corresponding to the ID of the user, and transmits the session ID to the first business server by acquiring the server ID of the first business server and the session ID of the first session from the session list based on the user ID received from a second business server.
