Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the mass production of artificial teeth free from deformation in main parts.
SOLUTION: A molten resin of a body color is injected and poured through a runner 16 and a gate 15 into a cavity 13 by both mold plats 11, 12, by which a body color layer 21 is formed. The molten resin of a tooth crown color is injected and poured through a runner 20 and a, gate 19 into a cavity 17 in both mold plates 11, 18, by which a tooth crown color layer 22 is formed on the body color layer 21, by which the artificial tooth for the anterior tooth is formed. The gate connected to the base part of the point along the parting line of the artificial tooth for the anterior tooth is cut and is subjected to a finish treatment, by which the product is obtd. As a result, the mass production of the artificial teeth by injection molding is made possible and the gate treatment is easy.
