Abstract:
To form a corrugated sheet with high non-pollution and high resistance to damage caused by freezing.
A hydraulic slurry S is formed by compounding at least a cement 2, a pulp fiber 3 and a silica with a brain value of 800-15,000cm2/g and a plurality of raw sheet materials P prepd. by molding the hydraulic slurry S into a sheet are laminated to form a laminated raw sheets 1 and a corrugated shape is provided to the laminated raw sheet 1 and pressing is performed by setting a press pressure at 150-300kg/cm2 to form a corrugated sheet B.
