To obtain a light-weight fire-resisting panel having excellent heat- insulating properties and resisting quakes by coating the internal surfaces of both face materials or the surfaces of a core material with adhesives and unifying the face materials and the core material while being compressed from both ends so that the core material is held between the fitting sections of both ends.
Core materials 20, 20 containing flexible tabular core materials are laminated and unified between two bent face materials consisting of surface materials 1, 1 and rear materials 11, 11 made of metal plates through adhesives. When the fire-resisting panel is manufactured, one end of both face materials 1, 1 is constituted so as to configure a fitting section, and the other end is organized so as to be fitted to the corresponding fitting section 40 of the adjacent fire-resisting panel. The internal surfaces of both face materials 1, 11 and the surfaces of the core material 20 are coated with adhesives, and the face materials and the core materials are unified while being compressed from both ends so that the core material 20 is held between the fitting sections 40 at both ends. Accordingly, sections among engaging sections at both ends of both face materials 1, 11 are filled with the core material 20 without forming a cavity section.
