PURPOSE: To provide a label with a mount having the smooth and strong edge by fusion-cutting and punching a heat fusible sheet and a thermoplastic resin film sheet laminated as they are by a high temperature fusion punching blade.

CONSTITUTION: While continuously sending out a heat fusible sheet 1 having a long size adhesive separation resistant surface, a printed long size thermoplastic resin film sheet 2 is continuously sent out at the same speed as the fusible sheet so as to be superposed on this fusible sheet, and an adhesive 3 is interposed between both sheets, and this is press-contact adhered by a roller. Next, this adhesive laminated sheet is intermittently moved on a punching stand, and when a printing pattern is detected by a phototube, a high temperature fusion punching blade is lowered on the punching stand, and this adhesive laminated sheet is punching by fusion-cut. In this case, since the adhesive 3 is interposed between the sheet 2 for a label and the sheet 1 for a mount, even if they are fusion-cut, these both sheets are only semi-fused in a fusion-cut part, and the sheet 1 for a layout sheet can be easily torn off by hand.
