PURPOSE: To reduce the product-cost of a PC sleeper by a method in which by using the mold capable of changing its mold length, the mold is caused to correspond to the length-change of a PC sleeper, and by suitably arranging an insert fitting at a prescribed position of the mold, the mold is caused to correspond to raid fastening positions, the number of fastenings and the change of the crossing angle of the rail.

CONSTITUTION: The sleeper constituting each common part of the PC sleeper for point part P, lead part L and crossing guard part C, is produced with a stationary mold. On one hand, the partition frame 4 of the mold end is fixed to the length corresponding to the PC sleeper for the point part P, the lead part L and the crossing part C by using the mold 1, and the length of the mold is set. An insert fitting 5 or 6 is arranged at a prescribed position and is fixed thereto, and a mold part 10 is filled with concrete, and then the mold is released after the concrete has been solidified. Then, for the rail fastening positions, the number of fastenings and the change of crossing angle, prescribed insert jigs 5 or 6 corresponding to the set mold length are slidably fixed to a prescribed position.
