PURPOSE: To round the angle portion and edge portion of a laminated ceramic body and to polish the end surface thereof efficiently by barrel-polishing in properties such that a polishing media of a specified shape is 20W60vol.%, abrasive material is 0.1W10vol.%, and a laminated ceramic body is 30vol.% or less to the content volume of a container of a barrel polisher.

CONSTITUTION: A polishing media such as a sphere, a cylinder or the like, which has a diameter 2.0W20 times as long as the length of the minimum side of a laminated ceramic body 3 or the length of the minimum side is used, and inorganic powder having the particle size of 0.5mm or less is used as abrasive material to barrel-polish the laminated ceramic body 3. At this time, proportions are such that a polishing media is 20W60vol.%, abrasive material is 0.1W10vol.% and the laminated ceramic body 3 is 30vol.% or less to the content volume of a container of a barrel-polisher.
