To obtain a laminated ceramic electronic component in which the lack of uniformity of the thickness of every internal electrode is eliminated and in which the whole of a laminated green block is pressurized uniformly by a method wherein the internal electrode which is printed on the surface of a ceramic green sheet is heated and pressurized in a half dried state and the surface of the internal electrode is made flat.
A ceramic green sheet 1 is molded on a polyethylene terephthalate carrier film 3 by a roll coating method, and, in a state that the carrier film 3 is stuck to the ceramic green sheet 1, a palladium paste for an internal electrode 2 is screen-printed on its surface. After that, a polyethylene terephthalate film 6 to which a silicone mold releasing agent 5 is executed is piled up on the printed face of the internal electrode 2, it is heated and pressurized by a press head 7, it is set to a half dried state at a prescribed temperature without applying a pressure, a remaining organic solvent in the palladium paste is removed, and the surface of the internal electrode 2 is made flat. Consequently, the whole of a laminated green block can be pressurized uniformly.
